Our rates are based on the number of nights you stay, the number of rooms you use, and the time of year you will be here. Our 2008/2009 rates are listed below. Please note that we frequently offer discounts for stays of 5 nights or longer.
Our 3-bedroom units can be rented either by the room or by the unit. Each bedroom has a double and a single bed.
In the summer a stay for 2 or more nights is $42 per night for
one or two people in one bedroom. Three people in the same bedroom
is $63.
In the fall and winter a stay for 2 or more nights is
$45-$55 for one or two people. There is an additional charge for a third person in the same
bedroom.

When you rent 1 or 2 rooms in a 3-bedroom unit it is possible that you could share the kitchen and bathroom with people staying in the other room(s) in that same unit. For more privacy, you can rent all 3 bedrooms as a private holiday apartment.

In the summer the price for a 3-bedroom unit is $126 per night.
In the fall and winter the unit is $135 per night midweek
and $165 per night on weekends.
Our rates are for up to 6 people in one unit. Each unit can accommodate up to 9 for an additional charge per person. Please call 603-823-8121 for details.
If
your travel plans only allow you enough time to stay with
us for one night, the cost during the summer for one or two
people is $50 for the night, and $70 for a third person in
the same bedroom. In the fall and winter our rates for a one
night stay are $55 for one or two people and $80 for 3 people
in the same bedroom for the night.
We also have a 2-bedroom suite called "The Pantry". One bedroom has a double and a single bed. The other room has a double bed only. "The Pantry" has a large kitchen, a separate living room and a private bathroom. This suite is rented out by the unit only for a minimum of 2 nights. "The Pantry" can accommodate up to 5 people.
Summer rates are $110 per night for "The Pantry".
The fall and winter midweek rate for "The Pantry"
is $125 per night. Weekends are $140 per night.
