Our rates are based on the number of nights you stay, the number of rooms you use, and the time of year you will be here. Our 2015 rates are listed below. Please note that we frequently offer discounts for stays of 5 nights or longer.
Our 3-bedroom units can be rented either by the room or by the unit. Each bedroom has a double and a single bed.
In the summer a stay for 2 or more nights is $55-$75 per night for
one or two people in one bedroom. There is an additional
charge for a third person in the room.
In the fall and winter a stay for 2 or more nights is
$60-$80 for one or two people. There is an additional charge for a third person in the same
bedroom.

When you rent 1 or 2 rooms in a 3-bedroom unit it is possible that you could share the kitchen and bathroom with people staying in the other room(s) in that same unit. For more privacy, you can rent all 3 bedrooms as a private holiday apartment.

In the summer the price for a 3-bedroom unit is $150 per night
when you stay for two or more nights..
In the fall and winter the unit is $165 per night midweek
and $195 per night on weekends when you stay for two or
more nights.
Our rates are for up to 6 people in one unit. Each unit can accommodate up to 9 for an additional charge per person. Please call 603-823-8121 for details.
We also have a 2-bedroom suite called "The Pantry". One bedroom has a double and a single bed. The other room has a double bed only. "The Pantry" has a large kitchen, a separate living room and a private bathroom. This suite is rented out by the unit only for a minimum of 2 nights. "The Pantry" can accommodate up to 5 people.
Summer rates are $125 per night for "The Pantry".
The fall and winter midweek, non-holiday rate for "The Pantry"
is $130 per night. Weekends are $150 per night.
